I received this product damaged in several places. Several pre drilled holes weren’t there. Cracked wood in many places as well as obviously “repaired” cracked wood before we was sent to me. Plus many of the pieces weren’t labeled properly which added so much more time to assembly! Worst part is I can’t return it because it was already opened and partially put together as I began noticing the damages. Also this package is EXTREMELY heavy so getting everything back in my vehicle for pick up was virtually impossible. My daughter was excited about her bed and for the price I paid, I’m super disappointed in the amount of flaws.
