When I opened the box, right away I could tell that the items would be damaged. The manufacturer has no idea how to pack this item. Screws were lose and embedded between pieces, the box was too small for all the different pieces, and in result over half the wood boards were dented, or scratched, or torn. I thought it was just the box I received so I ordered another one. It was just as bad. Didn’t even both building it since over 50% of the boards were damaged.
